Direct Donation:
Direct Donation is the best way for our Sparks community to directly support our school, since EVERY penny goes right back into the school. We ask that each family give a monetary donation instead of asking students to do direct selling of various items throughout the year (such as wrapping paper, chocolate bars, pizzas, etc.).
The Sparks PTA takes great pride in enhancing your students’ experience through parent volunteers and financial support with the funds collected via direct donations going to activities including the following:
Student Assemblies (4 to 5 per year)
Classroom Parties
Family Events (Ice Cream Social, Movie Nights, etc.)
Teacher Discretionary Funds
Reading Incentive Program
Monthly Educational Publications
Scholarships
Communication folders (all grades)
Student Planners (3rd, 4th, and 5th grades)
To support these and other activities/expenses this year, we ask for a tax-deductible donation of $75 per student, or $175 per family; however, we appreciate monetary donations of ANY amount.
